We reimaged the mudroom in the Aspire Princeton Designer Showhouse as a once-bustling entryway that has been taken over by the mom of an Asian-American family. With no one trekking back and forth to work and soccer practice, it made the perfect place for a yoga and wellness studio. Now the mudroom serves as a place for her to meditate and experiment with homeopathic herbs before grabbing a yoga mat on the way to the garden for her daily yoga practice. We wanted to inspire viewers to use their spaces creatively and to consider health and wellness practices when designing their homes.
