In this Bay Ridge condo renovation, we converted a dated pre-war unit into a modern bachelor pad. The client wanted an environment where he could relax and enjoy the views of the nearby Verrazano Bridge, as well as host friends to watch sporting events. We removed the walls separating the kitchen, dining room, and living room to make the television visible from each area. Plenty of comfortable seating and a home bar were added to create the Ultimate Super Bowl party destination.
