After years of hard work that dream is starting to be realized, with a referral-based clientele and nationally acclaimed projects. The self-proclaimed “Queen of the Condo” has established herself as an expert in the field with a sought-after opinion by industry giants like Business of Home and House Beautiful. Briauna Gardner

Junior Designer

Briauna Gardner started her creative career with an interest in fine arts and photography. In her early education, she took painting, sketching, and photography classes at the Brooklyn Museum. While there, she also interned as a work-study student volunteer where she assisted professional artists with youth art classes. An affinity for psychology and mental health also developed at this time, making Interior Design a natural career choice that combined all her passions. Briauna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design at the University of New Haven. She started her career as the Junior Designer of Lux Pad Interiors in 2017 after completing a summer internship the previous year. With her understanding of mental health awareness and her fine arts background, Briauna creates designs and spaces that tend to our client's aesthetic appeal as well as their emotional well-being.
